Job Duties -

Take escalation calls when required from the customers or standard analyst.

Work on projects assigned by management as needed.

Act as a mentor to other team members.

Work Incidents and Service Requests

Job Requirements -A strong customer focus is required, this position includes frequent interaction with associates at all levels of the organization

Provide Windows OS, Mac OS, and Mobile OS support.

Detailed oriented incident logging within various ITSM (ServiceNow) systems to maintain incidents and requests through the complete ticket life cycle to agreed service standards and service levels.

Perform trouble call resolution, diagnosis of complex problems, advanced problem resolution, user support follow-up, and Technician interaction with other IT employees, co-workers, and outside vendors.

Provision and administer user accounts, distribution groups, and security groups in Active Directory.

Promptly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate resolver team when assistance is required.

Desired Skills & Experience -3 years in IT white glove experience for End Users.
