What We Are Looking For
In a word, a Leader. Someone who excels at managing ERP implementations and has a portfolio of delivering successful full life cycle ERP projects. The successful candidate must be comfortable leading diverse teams of resources, conducting basic project management tasks, and managing multiple implementations at the same time.
Many of these teams are remote, so being able to lead meetings remotely is as important as leading a team in-person. Be ready to show your smile on camera!
If you have experience with QAD, great! If you don’t, but have experience managing other ERP or SaaS solutions, we want to talk with you.
Qualifications For The Role
Experience managing successful ERP projects from kick-off to post Go Live support.
QAD knowledge is preferred but SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Sage, JD Edwards, or other ERP manufacturing solutions are applicable.
Experience managing SaaS Cloud implementations.
Proven ability to manage a project to the Statement of Work (SOW) and within the budget by utilizing methods for project governance of risk, scope creep, and change control.
A background in the Life Sciences, Automotive, Electronics, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, or Industrial manufacturing industries.
Ability to quickly absorb and then execute new methodologies and concepts.
Familiar with waterfall project management methodologies.
Perform various project administration activities including time/expense approvals, project resource scheduling, budget management and reporting, maintaining project plans, timelines, issues log, and other project documents
Executive-level communication skills with an ability to speak to C-level audiences, Directors, and diverse user groups about the software & implementation processes.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in an applicable field from an internationally accredited university.
Experience with MS Project a plus.
PMP Certification a plus
Remote location in the United States - must be close to a major US airport. Some travel required.

The ability to understand your teams’ skills and be able to delegate and assign tasks by assessing your team skills, strengths, and weaknesses.
Experience managing global, multi-national teams.
What You Will be Doing in the Role
Project planning and kickoff tasks following SIG’s methodology
Facilitate weekly meetings & set the overall cadence and tone of the project.
Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables with the customer’s project manager, project team, and SIG colleagues
Manage the overall project schedule, budget, and milestones
Assist with identifying and mitigating project risk
Organize, conduct, or participate in project Steering Committee meetings
Perform Quality Control Check Points on the project using SIG’s methodology
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success team to resolve any customer satisfaction issues as the rise
Develop a “trusted advisor” role with our customers and be a key player in the overall success of the customer
As part of the project management team, you will participate in monthly team meetings covering various topics such as updates to methodology tools, best practices, strategic objectives, goals, etc.
Obtain software certifications and complete training on relevant software updates
This is a full-time employment position. Candidates should be eligible to work for any employer in the United States. Travel required is up to 40% on average.
