A well-established and reputable dealer group in the greater San Antonio area is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Service Drive Manager to join our team and lead our service drive operations. Job Description: The Automotive Service Drive Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service drive, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers from the moment they arrive until their service is completed. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of automotive service processes.

Responsibilities - Service Manager:
Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions.
Maintain a clean and welcoming service drive environment.
Supervise and lead the service drive team, including Service Advisors and Porters.
Train, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle conditions and service requirements.
Manage loaner vehicle program and courtesy shuttle service.
Oversee appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery.
Promote and sell additional services and products to customers.
Analyze and report on service drive performance metrics.
Qualifications - Service Manager:
Proven experience as a Service Manager, Service Advisor, or similar role within an automotive dealership.
Knowledge of automotive service processes and dealership operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in automotive software systems and basic computer skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Team builder with strong leadership, managerial, and motivational skills.
Verifiable track record of growing the business and high customer satisfaction.
Outstanding customer service and customer/employee retention skills.
