Following successes in the first half of 2024 they are looking for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join their team in Baltimore, MD. Details about the position:
As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of commercial roofing installations and repairs, ensuring that strict adherence to safety regulations is maintained on-site. You will also be required to coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure that deadlines are met efficiently while overseeing inventory management and material procurement.

Minimum requirements:
3-5 years of experience within the commercial roofing industry
Past experience as a Construction Manager / Superintendent
Strong understanding of common commercial roofing systems and materials
Leadership skills to ensure successful and efficient production crews
OSHA Certifications
