Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Mountainside, NJ. This role is essential in supporting our infrastructure, applications, and ensuring a smooth user experience for both our US and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Direction: Lead and manage all IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, and user support.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications, systems, and networks.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system patching and scripting.
Onboarding: Oversee the setup process for new hires, including logins, passwords, email accounts, and hardware configuration.
Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Training: Train staff on basic IT practices to promote self-sufficiency.
Collaboration: Work with the Director of Finance and other departments to ensure IT initiatives align with business goals.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all internal users, both domestically and internationally, with support from an overseas IT technician.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar IT management role.
Technical Skills: Strong experience working in a Microsoft environment, including Active Directory and ADUC. Proficient in system administration tasks, including patching and scripting. Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Strong customer service focus.
