Insight Global is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join the Tumwater, WA Distribution Center. This will be a 1st shift opportunity, 9AM-5:30PM. This individual will oversee the team of warehouse associates
Assists site management with employee-related issues and questions, such as job assignments and scheduling of time off requests and resolves minor disputes. Escalates issues to management, as needed.
Provides verbal and written input to performance evaluation and partners with management to deliver timely and constructive mid-year and year-end performance evaluations to employees.

Skills and Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work in team environment
- 1+ year experience within a Warehouse role/environment
- 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required null
