Help ISO New England respond to a changing grid by joining in the business analysis, requirement development and testing for various cross-functional projects related to Market Administration, Operations Forecasting, Outage Coordination, Control Room Operations and Market Mitigation.

How you will make an impact:
Participate in project testing and test coordination
Work with project stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
Share documented requirements with project stakeholders to validate their accuracy
Work with Project Managers and IT to develop test plans and test execution scripts
Support project goals of delivering quality solutions on time and within budgets
What you need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Math, Science or equivalent experience
Experience in working in IT/ project management area
Understanding of power markets and power system operations
Proficiency with MS Excel and/or Access
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and advanced writing and presentation skills
PMP Certificate a plus
