Direct Marketing Analyst

smartdept. inc. is searching for a Direct Marketing Analyst for a technology client based in Lincolnshire, Illinois . This is a fully remote , part-time (20 hrs/week), 12-month contract opportunity. The pay for this position is expected to be $35/hr - $38/hr depending on level of experience .
What You’ll Do:
Generate and deliver lists for direct mail, email, and social media
Create new or modify existing audience selection criteria, using IBM Campaign (Unica), by collaborating with business partners and team members to ensure alignment with campaign requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional team on target audience activities (i.e. project documentation, test design setup, promo history updates, etc.)
Ensure targeted list pulls are quality controlled, timely, accurate, and effectively identify the most relevant customer populations
Generate ad-hoc target selection universe counts, waterfall counts, and communicate findings/reports on moderately complex marketing campaigns
Troubleshoot issues with lists and data as they arise and see these issues through to resolution
What You’ll Need:
1+ year of IBM Campaign (Unica) experience
1-2+ years of marketing analyst/data analyst experience
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and resolve data/targeting issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment
