We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our new AI development team as an Entry-Level AI Developer. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems to benefit our development organizations.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Collaborate with senior AI developers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.

+ Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to support model training and validation.

+ Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and models under guidance.

+ Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of AI applications.

+ Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and technology to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

+ Document code, processes, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements:**

+ Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, with an AI/ML focus

+ Proficiency in Python is required. Other languages like Java or C++ is a plus.

+ Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).

+ Knowledge of developing with language models such as GPT-3 is desirable.

+ Strong understanding of fundamental concepts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.

+ Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $82,900 to $149,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
