Camping World is looking for a **Product Coordinator/Photographer** to join our premier in-house marketing team. If you are looking for a new challenge with a fun work environment and an entrepreneurial culture, we'd love to have you join our team. As a photographer, you will be responsible for shooting images of recreational vehicles from still detail images with a DSLR to using the 3-D Matterport and Ricoh camera within an app. **This role will require travel, up to 50% of the time,** and the right candidate will need to be living in the Northwest Indiana, Southwest Michigan, or Chicagoland area.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized and loves to travel. This person is a problem solver and can navigate complex situations to ensure a positive outcome on every project. The most important part of every photo shoot is in the details and this person would be responsible for ensuring everything is planned, communicated, and organized.
**Responsibilities**
+ Shooting RV images across the country with a focus on the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan areas
+ Facilitate coordination with other departments in order to achieve the highest level of results
+ Manage and maintain all equipment needed
+ Travel to various Camping World locations and other facilities
+ Manage tight time frames and have the ability to be nimble and pivot quickly for changing business needs
+ Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners
**Qualifications**
+ Proven proficiency in all aspects of photography including lighting, composition, and editing
+ 2+ years photography experience
+ Strong understanding or background working within a marketing team
+ Meticulous with detail, capable of innovative and creative thinking, with a focus on organization and process
+ Ability to accurately translate business requirements, organize resources, and produce outstanding images
+ Strong interpersonal skills with high degree of personal integrity; strong listening, creative thinking, and execution skills a necessity
+ Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in light of the high volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, as well as rapidly gather and create actionable information and develop creative recommendations

**Pay Range:**
$48,355.00-$66,452.50 Annual
