Position Summary :
We are searching for a real estate developer to play a key role in the full life cycle of developing/delivering MF and BTR deals across major markets in TX. This is an equity participation level role.
This is a new, growth created opening at the corporate level and is with a very well respected, very well capitalized firm that has an active pipeline who is continuing to grow their footprint, business and deal flow with high quality development projects and communities. This role is working hand in hand with the executive leadership team at the business planning & strategic level, helping take this firm to the next level by delivering/developing institutional quality deals and continuing to building out their development platform, team and presence.
The Company:
They are an established, very well respected, privately held, investor, owner, developer of ground up newly developed multifamily and build-to-rent communities. They have an established brand with an active and growing pipeline of new developments and communities across the major markets in TX (Austin, DFW, San Antonio, Houston) and expanding from there. They are very well capitalized and positioned for continued long-term growth, with plans to double their pipeline and AUM over the next 3-5 years.
