Fine Airport Parking is a premier facility to park while you travel. Our supervisors have great responsibility and influence to uphold our standards and brand. As a supervisor, you will work with our General Manager to oversee our team of CSRs, dispatchers, greeters, valets, and drivers. Fine is family-owned and operated, so supervisors will be treated respectfully and given great autonomy. Supervisors have a great path to expand their role and continue to grow in the parking industry.
Position Shift Details:
Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (12/2pm-8/10pm)
Essential Job Functions:
Oversee shift with multiple employees and positions;
Make sure you have proper staffing for your shift and all employees are at work;
Responsible for making Fine Airport Parking run smoothly from shift to shift;
Oversee customer relations, amenity preparation, and scheduling;
Provide leadership on uniforms, attendance, communication, and safety;
Complete any tasks or duties the GM has delegated to you.

NetPark experience preferred;
Must be flexible with work shifts/hours;

Must be able to respond calmly and rationally when handling conflict;
Current driver’s license;
Must be able to drive all types of vehicles (4-wheel drive, dual wheels, manual/automatic transmission, electric vehicles);
Impeccable driving record.

Requirements: Educational and Experience Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent;
Prior experience in a team management role and customer service role is required; parking industry experience is preferred.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently;
Able to work long hours in all elements of the weather (wind, cold, heat, snow, rain, etc.);
Must be able to jog periodically and walk or stand for long periods;
Must be able to maneuver through the property quickly and efficiently utilizing stairs, elevators, or walking long distances.
