The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering and technology, as well as a strong background in project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and managing the engineering team. We are looking for a leader who can bring innovative ideas to the table and motivate the team to reach their goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead engineering teams.
Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans.
Identify areas of improvement in engineering processes and systems.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for engineering projects.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Ensure that engineering teams are meeting safety standards.
Experience:
Management: 10 years (Required)

AutoCAD: 10 years (Required)

Working/ Environment/ Physical Demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
