**Customer Service Representative
Location: Edinburgh EH12 9SE
Starting Salary: 21,000**
**About the Role:**
In the office you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls; delivering exceptional customer service.
**In this role you will:**
* Build trusting relationships with Customers on every call
* Adapt your approach to meet our customer needs
* Use active listening to identify any Customer knowledge gaps
* Convey information in an effective way that increases understanding
* Use a variety of IT systems to deal with Customer queries
* Carry out a range of customer service activities ensuring that the work is completed and adheres to our processes, procedures, standards, and relevant external regulations
* Receive award winning training and support
**To be a Customer Service Representative, you will:**
* Excellent communication skills
* A professional and confident approach whilst communicating
* Natural ability and genuine desire to help our Customers
* Logical approach
* Calm under pressure
* Be Customer driven in everything you do
* Have strong computer skills as working with a variety of IT Systems
* Be organised and have a can-do attitude to 'Customer Service'
**Essential / Minimum Criteria**
* Experience in a Customer facing role
