Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with all team members
Ability to manage a fair workload by staying focused and managing priorities
Strong attention to detail and helping the team produce a quality product
Strong knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD Civil 3d) and other Engineering/Technical skills
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Educational and/or Experience Requirements:
All experience levels will be considered
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience related to concept development, including horizontal and vertical geometry
Experience producing complete design plan sets, construction cost estimates, and special provisions
Proficiency using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with MassDOT and/or MA municipal clients a plus
