Freight All Kinds is looking for a Freight Operations Specialist with the qualifications outlined in this job description, plus a flexible, diligent work approach. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracking loads
Scheduling pick up and delivery of goods with shippers and carriers
Dispatch trucks
Oversee daily operations of your accounts to ensure appointments are scheduled, shipments are tracked, and all parties receive proper communication in a timely manner
Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles
Proficiency in data entry and clerical duties
Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to commute into the office
The schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with occasional Saturday hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in operations or similar roles is advantageous but not required
Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of work with accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively
Proficiency in relevant software applications for data entry and scheduling
