Who You Are:
You are looking for an opportunity as a Marketing Specialist to use your abilities to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns. You are truly a self-starter to help our marketing team grow.
You will support our company SWAG's inventory and shipping to internal and external recipients. This includes traditional SWAG items and user earned Awards. You will work with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to coordinate SWAG and Award needs to meet the needs of various marketing and event requests. Coordinating swag and our Awards to ensure inventory is maintained and shipments are handled efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing: Monitor HighLevel’s swag inventory counts and communicate the need to order or replace SWAG items to maintain inventory levels.
Review award inventory levels and projected needs to pre-order to meet the customer Award qualification needs
Count and maintain inventory of SWAG items.
Order new SWAG items to align with company branding.
Ship SWAG to customers and staff as needed.
Pay invoices related to SWAG purchases and shipments.
Assist the events team with SWAG orders for various events, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate inventory levels.
Support the review and qualification requests and submissions.
Coordinate with our awards vendor to establish inventory-level projections.
Manage the process for getting approval for the award nameplates.
Coordinate with the larger marketing team on the support needed to communicate with potential award winners.
Assist the marketing team in other tasks as needed
Attend Marketing related events as required
Perform other administrative duties to support the marketing team or HighLevel.
Conduct research to analyze the competitive landscape and trends as they relate to customer awards and incentives.
Collect, summarize, and analyze data around SWAG and Awards strategies.
Meet with team members across departments to plan and schedule campaigns to announce and promote SWAG and award winners.
Develop and improve SOPs to ensure the smooth execution of the campaign.
Ensure that all awards or SWAG content produced is on-brand.
Serve as a point of contact for all company SWAG.
Work in the office as needed to manage and oversee SWAG-related tasks.
What You'll Bring: Experience/Education/Certifications Required:
Must be available to permanently work US hours. 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday CST.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
At least 1 year of Marketing, Agency Marketing, or related experience.
A high attention to detail and project management aptitude is required.
Strong collaboration, time management, and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally with teams and externally with customers.
Ability to engage customers over phone, video calls, and email as the situation requires.
Demonstrated approach to problem-solving and conflict management.
Must be a go-getter, not afraid to ask questions, and take accountability.
Must be a quick learner and willing to take on challenging tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role.
An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems.
