Job Purpose:

• Assist and monitor cash flow forecasting
• Review commercial contracts for accuracy and expediency.
• Coordinate all logistics for vessel, rail, barge and truck movements.
• Review documents according to contractual requirements.
• Pay suppliers and bill customers after review of contract and documents.
· Building relationships with new and exciting clients.
· Building brand awareness
· Being available to handle queries on a 24/7 basis.
· Manage operational risk of all commercial contracts.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
· Tailor feedback to the specific needs and communication styles of others;
· Prepare effective presentations and where required, concisely present/communicate a complete and accurate picture of the current situation or of the company’s products and services;
· Develop and maintain two-way communication with a variety of people at different levels both within and outside the organisation;
· Suggest proposals to address vital concerns and important business issues; and
· Build a network of relevant role-players both within and outside the organization.
· Work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
· Be a team leader, able to inspire others
· Able to manage different projects at the same time
