The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key accounts list (developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing). This role will approach ABM strategy with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating success of campaigns. The ABM Manager collaborates closely across marketing and sales teams for a fully integrated approach.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales team to select key accounts
Develop growth strategies with 3rd party agencies and internal teams to optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals with high-value accounts
Manage day-to-day execution of HubSpot CRM & Marketing
Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution
Collaborate with SMEs across 13 business units to deliver engaging content/insights that will resonate with the target audience’s pain points and will be used by Sales and Marketing
Coordinate all ABM activities, including writing copy for marketing materials, managing social media accounts, creating ad campaigns on platforms like Google and LinkedIn Ads
Manage the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
Partner closely teams across Legence to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment
Document processes and best practices for marketing and sales teams to reference
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three or more years of experience using the HubSpot, CRM, and Marketing modules
Skills
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, enjoys continuous learning and customer-focused.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
Able to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders
Team player that can work both collaboratively and autonomously
Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to use Asana for project management
Knowledge of sustainable building construction, sustainability, MEP contracting a plus
Limited travel is required
