Position Overview:
The firm are seeking experienced Quantitative Traders with a proven track record in developing and executing high Sharpe HFT and intraday strategies. As a Quantitative Trader, you will have the opportunity to build out a new trading desk, leveraging their market-leading infrastructure to maximize your strategies' potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage high Sharpe HFT strategies.
Conduct quantitative research and analysis to identify new trading opportunities.
Collaborate with technology teams to optimize trading systems and infrastructure.
Continuously monitor and refine trading models to ensure peak performance.
Manage risk and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Build a new trading desk and manage a strong allocation of risk.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quantitative trading with a focus on HFT and intraday strategies.
Demonstrable track record of high Sharpe ratios and consistent profitability.
Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or similar) and experience with algorithmic trading systems.
Deep understanding of market microstructure and electronic trading.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
