We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Medical Director to join our team. The ideal candidate would be bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide our medical team and contribute to the overall success of our mental health treatment programs.

Requirements
In order to be considered for the Medical Director position, you will need:
Active medical license in Georgia
Demonstrated experience in mental health and psychiatry, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Ensure the timely completion of admission physicals, annual physicals, medical histories, laboratory testing consistent with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards and sound medical practice
Review appropriate laboratory results as well as medical documentation from other healthcare providers and manage each patient according to established best practice and accrediting and regulatory guidelines
Prescribe and titrate the appropriate dosage of medications (including all forms of medically assisted treatment) consistent with the patients medical history
Write medical orders based upon the individual needs of the patient.
Review medical therapy and document those activities in the patients chart
Manage the timely completion of documentation and professional staff reports ensuring compliance and reporting responsibilities are met.
Pay: $250,000 - $500,000 annually
Schedule: Full Time - Onsite
Location: Dunwoody, GA
