Job Description Job Description Growing Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join our team in our Brooklyn Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling of staff, ensuring that all shifts are filled and that all staff are properly trained and informed of their duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, demonstrating professionalism and care in handling inquiries with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient need.
Process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team members.
Requirements: Customer Service Experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
