**Job Description:**

We are seeking a full-time Earnix Technical Architect position.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Earnix platform, actively engaging as both a hands-on contributor and subject matter expert (SME).

+ Oversee application design and development lifecycle from inception through to production deployment.

+ Define and steer technological architecture and roadmaps leveraging Earnix's comprehensive suite of products and industry best practices for development agility, performance, and security.

+ Design, configure, code, and architect scalable Earnix solutions, delivering complex outcomes in diverse environments.

+ Collaborate closely with internal teams to grasp current requirements, identify optimal process models, and shape solution architectures.

+ Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, conducting code reviews to uphold standards of quality, maintainability, and security.

+ Provide leadership, facilitation, and expert technical advice for integrating provincial digital solutions.

+ Contribute to architectural project planning efforts, securing approvals for detailed plans and resource allocations.

+ Support change initiatives by planning technical architecture-related activities.

**Must Have:**

+ Minimum 5 years of experience as a hands-on Earnix Technical Architect, making enterprise-level decisions in Earnix data integration architecture.

+ 10 years of experience as an Earnix Technical Lead Developer, specializing in Sales Cloud and Lightning.

+ Extensive experience (5 years) in defining enterprise integration and microservices strategies for integrating Earnix with on-premises and legacy systems.

+ Earnix certifications: Integration Architecture Designer, Data Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant.

+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

**Nice to Have:**

+ Experience with Financial Service Cloud is a plus.

+ Additional Earnix certifications: Certified Admin, Platform Developer 1.
