About the Role

This isn't your ordinary gig-it's a chance to shape the future of food tech as we know it. Reporting directly to the VP Product & Design, you'll spearhead our mission as the guardian of the Shopper Experience. Imagine being the visionary architect behind every click, every scroll, every tap, every moment that brings foodies closer to their culinary dreams. It's not just a role; it's an opportunity to carve your legacy in an industry ripe for reinvention.

What You'll Do

CookUnity's vision is bold: to unite millions of shoppers with thousands of food creators, igniting their entrepreneurial spirit. Armed with a growth mindset and obsession for customer happiness, you'll infuse innovation, tech prowess, and UX magic into every interaction.

Become the driving force behind uncovering customer pain points and diving deep into the minds of food shoppers. You'll leverage eater insights and transform them into actionable product recommendations that propel our organization forward. Your strategic vision and transformative thinking will shape the future of our shopper experience, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Establish and utilize product best practices - from customer journeys to content first experiences and tailor-made personalization strategies-and collaborate with our product dream team to shape a roadmap that puts customers first. Your reach will focus on the digital experience, but extend into other areas of the business that bridge into the physical space, including the chef side of the marketplace.

Who We Need

We're not just hiring a Principal PM; we're seeking a trailblazer, an influencer, a collaborator and master communicator. In this role you will work within the product organization but not be affiliated to a particular squad, so influence = impact. CookUnity craves your brilliance, your innovation, your ability to spark change.

If you're ready to leave your mark on the world of food tech, if you're eager to shape the shopper experience of tomorrow, then come, join us. Let's revolutionize the way the world eats-one pixel at a time.

Requirements

7-10 years of experience in product management, with 3-5 years building consumer facing products.

Passion for food, technology, and creating memorable user experiences.

A strong data-driven, analytical mindset to set hypotheses, narrow in on opportunities, and drive impact on KPIs.

Utilizing state of the art machine learning and AI techniques, support the team in ideating and implementing personalization techniques throughout the shopper journey.

You are a DO-er. You get things done with others and across teams with a problem-solving mindset and avoid unnecessary conflict.
