Position Overview:
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Microsoft 365 environment, Active Directory infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, Windows and Red Hat Operating System builds, and Azure tenant. You will work closely with VRS internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operation of the infrastructure, implement best practices, and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other components.Manage and administer Active Directory, including user and group management, security policies, and access controls.Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP services to ensure efficient and reliable network connectivity.Perform Windows and Red Hat Operating System builds, deployments, upgrades, and patch management across various environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.Conduct regular security assessments and implement appropriate measures to protect the infrastructure from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues to optimize infrastructure performance.Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure practices.
Qualifications:
