As a Data Quality Analyst you will support data professionals across the Retail division as they seek to create insights that drive business action.
You will be responsible for creating data quality requirements and monitoring the results of existing rules. Once issues are identified you will support resolution
working with data source owners as needed.
You will also support the evolution of our quality strategy and migration to enhanced tools. **Join the Retail Data Quality & Stewardship Team in our quest to create value for data professionals by ensuring

A knowledge of Retail**
As a Data Quality Analyst you will support data professionals across the Retail division as they seek to create insights that drive business action.

**Core Responsibilities**
1. Develops a deep knowledge of data sets for a given business area, data storage systems, and the operational processes being supported. Serves as the point of contact for data inquiries.
2. Provides oversight of operational activities and reviews data flows across systems for accuracy and completeness. Performs root cause analyses of data errors. Identifies opportunities to eliminate future occurrences and recommends short and long-term solutions for issues. Provides advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
3. Recommends changes that will enhance work-flows and procedures. Integrates new or existing technologies into work-flows and communicates to all team members. Analyzes impacts and prepares environment for change.
4. Works with internal partners to define data requirements, develop project specifications, and execute data projects to ensure that the expected outputs are delivered. Provides validation and approval of project deliverables.
5. Works with internal and external partners, external vendors, and industry contacts to enable best-in-class data management practices. Supports the research and development of new business products and services.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**

Minimum of three years of related work experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
