Preferred Qualifications
BICSI RCDD and/or DCDC certification
Healthcare and/or data center technology design experience
Revit proficiency with AutoCAD experience
A/E consulting background with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office proficiency
PMP certification
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience
Bonus pay
Employee medical, dental, and vision premiums 100% paid with partial dependent coverage
401(k) with company match
Paid time off and paid holidays
Employer-paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance
Flexible spending account and health and fitness plan
Professional development assistance and longevity awards
Hybrid schedule with four 9-hour days and half-day Fridays
Why This Role
This is a leadership role for a Project Manager who wants to run low voltage and security design on healthcare facilities, data centers, campuses, and government buildings. You get the stability of a firm that has been around since 1959 with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule and half-day Fridays. The firm supports certifications like RCDD and PMP, and the technology group is growing. If you have been leading structured cabling and security design and want to step into a Technology Project Manager seat with more ownership, this is worth a look.
