The Team
The Customer Technology Team's mission is to reinvent payment experiences for our customers, providing the most customer-friendly way to earn and discover rewards. You will have the opportunity to elevate the daily lives of millions of customers through technology and product innovations.
Your Day-to-Day
Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct manual functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the software meets the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain automated UI tests using Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers to identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development process by identifying areas of improvement.
Analyze, evaluate, and report test results and metrics to stakeholders.
Perform risk analysis and suggest improvements to the development process.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance.
Mentor junior members of the QA team and share best practices.
We Are Looking For Folks With
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in manual testing and UI automation testing.
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and programming languages like Java or Python.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with testing in the financial industry (preferably fintech).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
A commitment to continuous improvement (yourself, your teammates, your software)
Great product sense and can contribute to the product roadmap
