What are we looking for in our Project Manager - Dallas?
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Large Mixed-Commercial Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in $40M+ ground up construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of project life cycle including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and staff to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Prepare and present reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
