* Experience in automobile, premises liability, products liability, and/or general civil litigation
* Candidate must have exceptional personal interaction skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced litigation environment
* Excellent analytical and academic credentials
* Strong writing, research and communications skills
* Licensed to practice in California

GRSM offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance. The yearly salary range is between $100,000–$275,000 depending on location and experience.
