Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development orequivalent experience.
3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science AND 10+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Business judgment and the leadership to take responsibility while holding others accountable.
1+year(s) experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
Solid knowledge of program management practices within software development, including a history of innovative problem-solving through pilot programs, prototypes, and growth hacking strategies.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to a diverse audience, including customers and internal stakeholders, complemented by good persuasion skills to influence decisions effectively
Desire to embrace challenges and solve problems using an entrepreneurial and value-driven approach.
Experience mentoring and contributing to a fast-paced, results-oriented team.
Experience working within geographically diverse and virtual team s.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.

Responsibilities Partner and collaborate with Technical Leads and Customer Stakeholders to define and deliver valuable software solutions.
Drive technical discussions and scoping meetings to establish key features, milestones, and deliverables.
Capture key data and insights related to each engagement; as patterns and trends emerge , surface recommendations to internal stakeholders and service owners to improve and refine our products.
Leverage your talents and experience to solve cross-organizational issues and remove blockers.
Drive Technical Program Management fundamentals through mentoring.
