Job Profile As a Technical Sales Manager with DFI, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, building meaningful connections, and maintaining relationships through and beyond project completion.

Job Duties Educate and inform potential client at speaking events, conferences and trade shows
Drive project requirements and specifications to DFI core offerings.
Conduct market research, analyze regional market trends and execute outreach strategies.
Identify, develop, and report on new leads for piling and civil construction projects
Prepare piling take-offs and present sales proposals to both key decision makers as well as internal stakeholders.
Influence, negotiate and close sales with the best interest of the DFI and the customer in mind
Follow up with existing customers to maintain business relationships.
Attend trade shows and other business networking events
Update in-house CRM system
Provide marketing inputs to the end goal of building book of business
Work with Country Manager to develop budgets and forecasts.
Work collaboratively with internal stake holders to meet client needs and budgeted targets.
Track and report on status of all proposals
Resolve conflict and provide client advocacy
Ensure DFI’s reputation is upheld
Qualifications A results-driven, creative and energetic team player with the ability to build relationships
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Proven track record in driving growth through increasing market exposure
An understanding of foundation construction principles
Familiar with piling equipment and operations
Ability to travel within the US, Canada, and Mexico
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
