The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Marketplace Support Team! Reporting to the Director - Customer Success Operations, this role will lead the planning, implementation and management of critical systems projects and programs to ensure our artists and customers have a great experience with Redbubble.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of driving successful system implementations and enhancements to support business operations and objectives. A combination of strong leadership, proactiveness, and domain knowledge will be required.

This role will need to be within the PT timezone, with some evening hours overlap with the Australian (AEST) timezone.

Key Accountabilities:

Proactively identify, innovate and implement technical solutions to enhance efficiency and automation

Lead the planning, execution and delivery of systems projects and programs, including automation, implementations, integrations and enhancements

Drive process improvement efforts to help the organization scale and maintain our high customer satisfaction scores

Drive tasks with Product Management and Engineering, removing roadblocks and maintaining clear communication to see projects to completion

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze requirements, identify system needs and recommend solution to support business objectives

Define project scope, objectives and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans and timelines

Drive innovation and change management, ensuring we remain competitive to changing market dynamics and technologies

Manage vendor relationships and identify and scope potential vendor capabilities

Direct responsibility for systems administration for the organization

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, project management, customer support or product operations

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs from beginning to end

Experience influencing, negotiating and driving alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base including senior leaders, peers, technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proven success in process improvement and optimization

Strong understanding of business systems concepts, methodologies and best practices

Experience with enterprise business systems (Zendesk a strong plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Experience managing third-party vendors

We offer competitive compensation because we want to hire the best people and reward them for their contributions to our mission. We pay all employees relative to the San Francisco City market, regardless of their location. In pursuit of pay equity and fairness, the starting annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $120k - $130k. The final offer may be determined by a number of non discriminatory factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees annually, subject to board discretion.
