**Job Description**

AECOM/Hunt is seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive for our ongoing project at the New Orleans Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.

+ Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.

+ Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.

+ Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.

+ Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirement:**

+ BA/BS Engineering, Construction Management or similar curriculum and 12 years of construction Project Management experience with 4 years of demonstrated leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

**Preferred Requirement:**

+ 12+ years of construction management experience.

+ Experience in construction on large, mega construction projects.

+ Experience in construction in convention center(s), hotels, or related industries.

+ Proficiency in construction project management nomenclature, financing, business development and leading large construction project teams.

+ Ability to travel as required.

+ Experience and ability to assemble and manage productive construction teams in a large GC environment.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $141,243.45 - $261,300.39.
