Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will support the US Navy with their Salesforce efforts. You will be responsible for understanding how the Navy recruits and uses the Salesforce environment as a tool.
Responsibilities
Work with Navy personnel to provide training, produce custom reports and provide product support
Will be required to travel weekly with incumbents to learn the specific Salesforce-based product and learn the product adoption process employed
Coordinate with recruiting Headquarters on travel to provide support as demand arises within the geographic region
Support recruiters with training and adoption support (change management)
Qualifications
Experience as a salesforce administrator and customizing salesforce
Will need current knowledge or will need to be comfortable learning Navy recruiting methods and tools
Ability to rapidly learn a new recruiting model and tool set
Ability to work independently on-location with customers and provide high quality customer service
Experienced Navy recruiter is a plus
