USC Department of Surgery is recruiting a Research Coordinator I for our Clinical Research team. The Research Coordinator I will assists investigators or other staff with research studies in subject recruitment, data collection, scheduling of study-related activities and follow-up of enrolled subjects. The Research Coordinator I will also assist with transport and IRB preparation. Spanish speaking preferred. This is a one year fixed term position.
The hourly rate range for this position is $30.62 - $31.00. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organization considerations.

Minimum Field of Expertise: Administrative or research experience. Working knowledge of MS Office applications. Demonstrated effective communication and writing skills.
