This role can be remote. Our office is Deerfield, IL. If you live in driving distance to Deerfield we can also offer you a hybrid or onsite work arrangement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Promotion and lead generation: E-promotion, ads, trade show strategy, branding, prospecting process, workshops, target account list, communication strategy, and thought leader development.

Collaborate with cross functional departments (including sales, marketing, CL&D and operations) to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and recommend new stakeholders for development. Develop key societal relationships with leadership (KOLs & other) across our focused specialties

Pricing strategy: Industry and market pricing, projects and implementation, monitoring price and mix, positioning, and bundles.

New Product Introduction: drive local go-to-market strategy, develop sales collateral, and organize local launch events.

Market analysis and insights: utilizes VOC to drive decisions, market segmentation, Mekkos, market share, market plan, competitor assessment, portfolio management, creates competitive differentiation through sales collateral, offer/value proposition.

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 5 years of related, relevant market experience (i.e., sales, sales training, market research, marketing operations, managed care, etc.).

Should have demonstrated knowledge of the US medical device market and how such products are commercialized into US healthcare systems, GPOs and IDNs.

Ability to present products and data to higher level management and executive customers

Comfortable working within the highly regulated medical device market with a strong understanding of compliance guidelines and go-to-market guard-rails.

Strong presentation skills (writing and presenting)

Summer Hours

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
