The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction of the unit, including the growth of custom and open-enrollment programs, extensive business development to launch new programs, and budgetary oversight. The role involves building and managing strategic partnerships, assessing the viability of new programs, and ensuring enrollment and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
