Overview:

This individual will lead and influence all aspects of the creative expressions of the amaran brand externally across paid and owned channels, sponsorships, brand, events, as well as internally with flagship events that fuel the company's transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading both in-house and internal creative teams to deliver exceptional and breakthrough work across a wide range of brand touchpoints.

How You Will Lead:

Brand

Elevate the amaran brand through a dynamic and ownable visual identity

Define and activate clear and authentic voice and tone guidelines to help bring amaran's personality to life across audiences and channels

Refine and execute the amaran platform brand architecture and product ecosystem

GTM Campaign creative development (paid and owned)

Go to market creative concepting and implementation for corporate responsibility efforts with focus on financial literacy

amaran brand building across key regions and functional areas

com end to end design and content strategy

Work closely with creative counterparts across the amaran product ecosystem to build in-house marketing capabilities by streamlining usage of agencies and scaling centralized creative support

Establish amaran Dome as a 'world-class', tech-led, entertainment venue that transforms the fan experience strengthens the community and powers prosperity in unprecedented ways

Increase amaran awareness and partnership include KOLs

Leadership Skills / Experiences: Deliver best-in-class creative across a rapidly evolving content ecosystem from traditional to emerging mediums with a key focus on ecommerce and social content.

Creative campaign development and cross-channel media experience, both B2C and B2B, including experience working with or at agencies

Brand architecture, voice and tone, and visual identity system acumen

Experiences working in innovation driven technology companies

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in art, design, media, or similar area of study

10+ years of related experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Art Director in either an agency or in-house creative role

Digital media focused portfolio with high caliber work for both awareness and performance marketing projects required

Strong social media experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

Ability to communicate with and present to team members at all levels

Highly adaptive and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity

Excellent situational awareness and emotional intelligence

Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles is $160,000 to $180,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
