Day to Day: Serves as lead for the daily maintenance of all producer and agency licensing data in all applicable systems to meet compliance standards.
Order background checks on new producers in a timely fashion through a third-party website. Monitor and review results and maintain confidentiality of records.
Assist with licensing projects as needed.
Assist Senior Agency Licensing Specialist and Agency Licensing Team Lead as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review producer profiles on our licensing portal and various Excel spreadsheets to reconcile agency and producer records with departments of insurance.
Monitor status of producer appointments and maintain accuracy of the data in the Agency Profile System (APS), Producer Client Relationship Management (PCRM), and CRM.
Manage and coordinate special projects related to the maintenance and clean-up of producer and agency data.
Process producer changes, appointments, and terminations in all applicable systems.
Prepare and process electronic agency contracts.
Process agency changes and terminations.
Perform data entry using word processing and spreadsheet and format material as required.
Stay current on all regulatory compliance standards and Department of Insurance requirements in all states to perform responsibilities.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
Prior insurance licensing experience
5+ years of office experience required
Must be proficient in the use of computer programs including CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Customer service and telephone etiquette skills are required
Must be able to demonstrate professionalism and commitment to excellence in a multi-tasking environment
Must be self-motivated and have good interpersonal and communications skills
Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Must demonstrate ability to adapt to change to meet needs of the clients and department.
