In this role, you will be helping the Account Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to service and retain clients’ needs and new business opportunities.

What we need from you:
Experience -
You have 5-7+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experienceLanguage -
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!Knowledge -
Strongly knowledgeable of group insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage (medical, dental, vision, and disability products)Tech-savvy -
You are technologically savvy with Applied Epic, BenefitPoint, Ease, Health Connect, and Microsoft Office Management SystemsLicensed -
You currently have a Life & Health/Accident License
Your Position:
Attend and coordinate annual renewal and open enrollment meetingsCollaborate with both clients and carriers to maintain relationshipsProvide client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers and provide additional support to other accountsDevelop professional business relationships with clientsResearch billing and invoicing issuesAttend various trainings to improve product knowledge and skillsPrepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
