Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for a remote, contract-to-hire Graphic Designer for our client, a well-known progressive real estate firm based out of Pleasanton, CA
Fully remote based out of CA, AZ, UT, TX, FL, NC.
What they offer :
$50 - $54 hourly pay (DOE)
Fully Remote
Contract-to-hire opportunity
Medical, Dental, and Vision
What you will be doing : Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and designing social media graphics, brochures, yard signs, exterior office signs, print advertisements, and other communication materials
Keeping existing library of marketing assets up to date with the latest trends and evolving product offering.
Working closely with the Marketing Team on the content and overall look and feel of the designs, drafting mockups and making revisions based on feedback.
Create graphics that capture attention, communicate effectively and inspire the audience.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
Communicating with clients about layout and design. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
What you will need: 5+ years of proven graphic design experience
Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Strong experience/knowledge of print production, typography, page layout techniques and information design
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript is a plus
Experience working with WordPress is a plus
