POSITION SUMMARY
The position is responsible forproviding quality cleaning services. Additional accountabilities include, but not limited to: ensuring all actions are completed in a safe manner; following instructions on work orders; working as a team; maintains a consistent flow of communication with team; driving company vehicles; and, fulfilling all cleaning requirements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Fosters a consistent flow of communication with clients, technicians, and management
Ensures all work is completed per work order instructions and ensures work orders are then completed with all proper time and notes captured
Ensures all scheduled jobs come in at budgeted scheduled hours or better
Maintains the ability to take pro-active and creative approaches in resolving any challenges
Complete work order paperwork, before/after pictures after each job and notify supervisor of any special circumstances.
Responsible for maintaining a safe work area including the use of caution signs and barriers
Be able to drive company vehicles to and from client locations
Responsible for care and cleanliness of cleaning equipment and vehicles
Report to work on time and in proper uniform
Follow rules, policies, regulations as outlined in company handbook
Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner
Physical demands; while performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand and walk, frequently required to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, frequently lift and or up to 50 pounds.
Communicate issues, concerns and questions to supervisor
EXPECTED RESULTS Effectively accomplish assigned work orders and efficiently coordinate resources to address needs
Timely and effective response to team needs
Ensure consistent, accurate communication and alignment of efforts within the team
Adherence to all policies and procedures
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1 year experience and or training desired but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work as a team
Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize new skills
Valid driver license required
Ability to handle changing priorities and achieve desired objectives required
Ability to work nights and weekends and adjust scheduled to meet business needs
