Client Care Specialist
Overview
Improve client care by providing our clients a single point of contact. Receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and completes client request for service or sales
Responsibilities Knowledgeable with the Hinderer Motor Company culture
Familiar with the Automotive departments and service provided to our clients
Answer dealership group phones and transfer to correct departments
Greet and receive prospects and customers
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
Work cooperatively with the sales team
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
High energy level and strong work ethic
Desire to grow through continued training and development
Visolutions CRM experience a plus
Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
Previous customer service experience
Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
Professional demeanor and appearance
Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, be a team player and self-motivated, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Be flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
Strong creative problem-solving skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
Excellent follow through and follow up skills
Requirements Must be willing to work on an On-site dealership environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation mandatory.
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
