What You’ll Be Doing
Helping develop compliance programs for AI, data governance, and privacy.
Consulting with our business partners on emerging regulations covering artificial intelligence, algorithmic transparency, and privacy.
Tracking new legal developments in AI, data governance, and privacy.
Partnering with other members of the legal team on assorted AI and data governance related matters, such as drafting guidelines and developing training materials.
Developing subject matter expertise for specific regulatory areas such as the forthcoming U.S. federal agency regulations and the EU AI Act.
What We Need To See
J.D. degree with a record of strong academic performance.
5+ years of experience.
Subject matter expertise in artificial intelligence, intellectual property, privacy, or cybersecurity.
A license to practice law in California required.
Extraordinary communication and project management skills, including writing, presentation, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Experience in the high-tech industry and familiarity with computer systems, architectures, programming, or Artificial Intelligence.
History of writing or public presentations on complex legal material.
Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and technology.

The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 224,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
