We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager - Customer Data to join our team in Franklin, TN/Dallas, TX/Farmington Hills, MI.

Essential Job Functions (Include But Are Not Limited To)

Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.

Lead product ideation, requirements, technical development, product testing, launch, end-user training and rollout.

Have a deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions.

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.

Be data-driven and use data to decide the best opportunities that deliver the most business impact.

Lead collaboration with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver the highest quality product requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years' experience working in consumer facing product engineering orgs leading consumer or enterprise products

5 years of experience in product management and technical leadership.

Experience developing product strategy, business cases, and project execution plans.

Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction for large scale systems.

Strong experience in one or more of the following: Customer Data Platform, Customer Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Customer Experience

Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.

Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
