As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Education Account Manager
Position Overview:
As an Education Account Manager at Peterson’s, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the value they receive from our products and services.You'll also hunt for new business. This may mean cold-calling, cold-emailing, attending conferences and responding to RFPs. You will be responsible to developing and executing a growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, identify issues, and address concerns.
Assemble monthly and quarterly reports.
Create and execute training sessions and webinars to educate clients on product/service features and best practices.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Grow the client portfolio by developing an outbound sales effort.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Teaching, Communications, or other relevant field.
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
Strong communication and highly developed interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Military experience is an added bonus!
