Customer Service Representative
SUMMARY: Responsible for providing effectively serving all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively on how to resolve product and service problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, information about other products and services.
Monitors production order schedules and expedites delivery per customer requests.
Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
Maintains detailed files for documentation.
Serves as liaison with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping personnel.
Processes changes orders.
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
Prior computer data entry experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Application knowledge of products and production processes.
Application knowledge and skill for computer data entry.
Knowledge of Quality standards- both ISO and QS.
High School Diploma/ Equivalent
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Exposure to wet and humid conditions.
Exposure to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration.
Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
