WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a payroll administrator in retail, your main role is ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation. This includes processing payroll, calculating wages and deductions, and ensuring compliance with wage and tax regulations. You'll handle payroll inquiries, address errors promptly, and maintain confidential records. Your job supports employee satisfaction by ensuring they receive correct and timely pay, fostering a positive work environment.
