We are looking for someone to provide critical analytic, program, and generalist support for the BRCC Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist in tracking HR related activity, analyze associate data for trends, gaps and provide ad hoc reports/ statistics to support departmental goals and initiatives (terminations, turnover, compensation, hires, diversity, etc.) We need an individual to respond to associates' questions about policies, compensation, pay and benefits. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote. Responsibilities: Assist in tracking HR related activity, analyze associate data for trends, gaps and provide ad hoc reports/ statistics to support departmental goals and initiatives (terminations, compliance, turnover, compensation, hires, diversity, etc.)
Ensure consistent and effective application of Human Resources processes and programs
Respond to employees' questions about policies, compensation, pay and benefits.
Partner with Specialists (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Effectiveness, etc) and HR colleagues to initiate, support or resolve client requests/issues.
Stay informed and updated on HR policy changes and incorporate any changes as applicable.
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Provide program management and logistical support for national leadership development and other HR programs
Conduct analysis of business issues and challenges
Provide support for worker’s compensation claims processes to ensure effective and timely delivery of services by all accountable parties.
Serve as system administrator for safety management platform.
Support COVID safety protocols management including conducting risk assessments, contact tracing, tracking cases, and reporting trends.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree required (degree in HR or related discipline ideal)
Minimum 2 years related knowledge of HR policies, processes, and HRIS
Minimum of 2 years of experience using analytic tools to synthesize data and develop insights
Proficiency with excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and other functionality to drive insights from data
Proficiency with access, PowerBI, or other database tools and management and use of queries to synthesize data and develop insights
Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
High proficiency with online tools and technology, and use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to identify, drive, and/or participate in implementing process improvement activities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team structure
Excellent problem solving/analytical abilities to independently resolve a variety of routine and complex issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, where multiple priorities need to be effectively managed, while maintaining composure and flexibility in a structured environment
High level of discretion with confidential material
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Compensation: Salary Range: 65,000 - 78,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
